How does self-storage work?
We know moving is stressful. We make the storage part simple, whether you need short-term space between moves or something longer term - you know Sunny Storage is safe, secure and dry.
The first question... how much space do you need?
Our smallest unit is 4 metres square. Imagine 2 metres by 2 metres, (wider than a king size bed) and more than 3 metres high. You can store a ot of items in this space.
Our largest space is over 10 square metres, like a single garage and over 3 metres high. This is more suitable for a home move, You can stack sofas, wardrobes, mattresses, boxes.
All our units are accessed through doors, approximately 70 cm wide. If it fits in your house, it fits in our storage units.
How much does a Sunny Storage unit cost?
We keep it simple, our units cost €25 per square metre per month. 4 square metres, 4 x €25 =€100 a month. The good news, no IVA! Self-storage units do not need to charge IVA.
How do you pay for your storage unit?
We ask for monthly bank payments, paid in advance.
Do you need insurance?
Sunny Storage Lagos has Public Liability insurance but this does not cover your belongings. If you have valuables and wish to take out your own insurance we can recommend a Broker.
How do you arrange access to your space?
To arrange access simple call or WhatsApp 932 996 770 or email sunnystoragelagos@gmail.com. We are flexible and happy to meet you at a time and date to suit - we'd really appreciate 24 hours notice.
We only admit one set of clients at a time, and only if accompanied by us. This ensures your unit and contents are safe and secure.
Since the Covid-19 pandemic this is especially important.
Covid-19 rules must be observed at all times.
